Set up your payment method
We bill on the 1st of each month—before any poop-scooping magic happens. You can set up auto pay with a bank account or card, and once you’re set, Duty Dog will email your invoice and receipt like clockwork. You’ll also find all your billing info in the customer portal. Heads up: if payment doesn’t come through before your first cleanup of the month, we’ll have to hit paws on your service schedule.
